What counts as an active contractor?

An active contractor is someone on your staff list during the month. Someone you remove from your staff list stops counting from the next month. Planned pricing at launch. Nothing is charged during the preview.

Is there a fee per payment?

No StaffSuite fee per payment. Your contractor’s bank or e-wallet may charge its own transfer fees. Planned pricing at launch. Nothing is charged during the preview.

How are payments in US dollars handled?

You record the payment in US dollars. We send it in pesos, converted at the rate on the day it is sent, less a disclosed 1.25% spread, and the peso amount sent is recorded on the payment. Payments recorded in pesos are sent as they are. Planned pricing at launch. Nothing is charged during the preview.
